With over 20 years of experience across the private sector, government, and academia, she has built a reputation for solving complex people and strategy challenges with precision, empathy, and impact.

She has held senior leadership positions at PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers)—one of the world’s Big 4 consulting firms—where she led people development and HR strategy across the Middle East. At MBC Group, the largest media company in the Arab world, she was instrumental in designing and executing a full organizational relocation strategy, managing people development, employee alignment, and culture transformation.

As a former university dean and founder of a Master’s Program in Human Resource Management, Dr. Rana brings a unique blend of academic depth and practical expertise. She has taught and coached over 3,000 professionals in leadership, communication, personal excellence, emotional intelligence, and strategic HR.
